  • 1 package tofu (300 g tofu after it is fully pressed)

  • 1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp (150 g) red pepper spread

  • 2.5 tablespoons (38 g) tahini

  • 1-2 tablespoons (20 g) hot sauce

  • 2 tablespoons (15 g) Nutritional yeast

  • Spices to taste: cumin, cayenne
