Ingredients
1 package tofu (300 g tofu after it is fully pressed)
1/2 cup plus 2 Tbsp (150 g) red pepper spread
2.5 tablespoons (38 g) tahini
1-2 tablespoons (20 g) hot sauce
2 tablespoons (15 g) Nutritional yeast
Spices to taste: cumin, cayenne
Method
Put all the ingredients in a blender and grind to the texture of cream cheese.
Refrigerate in a sealed container for it to cool down and for the flavors to combine.
Serve with crackers or toasted bread or serve as a spread.
