Black Bean & Tahini Sandwich

Method
Spread
Drain and rinse 1/2 cup black beans.
Roughly smash the black beans in a bowl with a fork. It’s ok if it’s not perfectly mashed it will add the texture.
Add the remaining ingredients and mix to incorporate together. try the spread and adjust the seasoning if necessary.
Sandwich
Lightly toast your bread.
Add arugula and tomato slices. Add the black bean & tahini spread. Add a few slices of onion and cucumber. Optionally drizzle with some hot sauce.
