Walnut Fudge Bites

Get ready to indulge in the irresistible charm of our Walnut Fudge Bites, where creamy bananas and crunchy walnuts meet a decadent chocolate embrace, creating a guilt-free treat that's as easy to make as it is to savor.

Method

  1. Grind walnuts in a food processor or blender for about 2 minutes until the mixture starts to clump together.

  2. Add in bananas, coconut, and honey or maple syrup and blend until incorporated and smooth.

  3. Spoon the mix into muffin tins or just on parchment paper. If you want your balls to have a smooth shape, you can lightly press it with a spoon, which you dipped into some coconut oil.

  4. Optionally sprinkle with cinnamon. Freeze for at least 2 hours.

  5. Melt chocolate in a double broiler or microwave. I added a teaspoon of coconut oil for ease of dipping.

  6. Take your balls out of the freezer and immediately cover with chocolate or dip them lightly.

  7. Place them in the fridge and keep them refrigerated. They melt easily and quickly. You can also store them in a freezer, but make sure to take them out 5-10 minutes before serving.
