Super Seed Corn Bread
Indulge in a wholesome, one-bowl delight that combines earthy grains with a mix of nuts and seeds, creating a nutritious, easy-to-make bread bursting with rustic charm and delicious crunch in every bite.

Method
In a large bowl, add flour, nuts, seeds, baking powder, and salt. Mix with a wooden spoon to combine.
Directly into the dry mixture, add oil, sparkling water, milk, and apple sauce. Gradually add wet ingredients while mixing to incorporate.
Transfer to the parchment paper lined 9" x 13" (23 x 33-cm) baking dish and sprinkle your favorite seeds on top for additional crunch.
Let the bread rest for 15 minutes and preheat the oven to heat at 356°F (180°C).
Bake for about 35-40 minutes.
Let the bread cool down for at least 15 minutes, then cut and enjoy.
Leftovers can be stored in a sealed container for 7 days. Easy to reheat in the microwave for only one minute.
Notes
SIZE: This is pretty big corn bread; you can easily cut ingredients in half to end up with smaller bread. That being said, even as a small family, we make full recipe because they it’s meal prep friendly stays fresh in the fridge for a long time.
