Baked Protein Donuts
Protein-packed, low-calorie, fluffy donuts to please your sweet tooth and keep you fit.

Ingredients
Double Chocolate
Donuts
1 scoop (30 g) chocolate protein powder
1 tbsp (5 g) cacao powder
1/4 cup (30 g) whole wheat flour
3 tbsp (30 g) coconut sugar
3/4 tsp (3 g) baking powder
pinch of salt
1 egg
~3 tbsp (40 g) egg whites
2/3 cup (170 g) low-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup (60 g) unsweetened apple sauce
Chocolate Glaze
20 g double chocolate protein powder
5 tbsp soy milk*
Notes
* Varies depending on the type of protein powder. Start with a couple of tablespoons of milk and keep adding until you reach the desired glaze-like consistency.
Pumpkin Spice
Donuts
1 scoop (35 g) vanilla protein powder
1/4 cup (30 g) whole wheat flour
3 tbsp (30 g) coconut sugar
3/4 tsp (3 g) baking powder
Dash of cinnamon
Pinch of salt
1 egg
~3 tbsp (40 g) egg whites
2/3 cup (170 g) low-fat Greek yogurt
1/4 cup (60 g) pumpkin puree
2 tbsp soy milk*
Vanilla Glaze
20 g vanilla protein
5 tbsp soy milk*

* Varies depending on the type of protein powder. Start with a couple of tablespoons of milk and keep adding until you reach the desired glaze-like consistency.
Method
Preheat oven to 356°F (180°C)
Sift dry ingredients into a bowl and whisk to combine.
Add wet ingredients and combine to form a batter.
Grab the donut mold, coat it with non-stick spray, and pour your mix in.
Bake for 15 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow to cool for a few minutes.
Meanwhile, make a glaze by combining milk and protein powder.
Add glaze to cooled donuts, and enjoy!
